Some food i made in the past few weeks. And now that we’ve discovered a new coffee shop that sells good roast duck rice – thanks to my landlord, after almost a year – i haven’t been cooking much! So i’m happy i have these photos.
Lunch; green noodles + cherry tomatoes + ham + shrimp + edamame + red peppers
Lunch; chicken fajitas? It turned out more sweet than spicy. Recipe from Jamie’s Ministry of Food.
Breakfast dinner; the works! That’s steamed corn on the side. And bacon, oh i haven’t had bacon in awhile.
Does anyone have a tasty and simple pasta salad recipe to share? I’ll be eternally grateful!

Huge dinner to park ourselves in front of the telly on Sunday evening; Liverpool played Singapore… and won 5-0.

I’m awful at estimation. Always too much mashed p or too much pasta. Awful at estimating distances too.

Tandoori chicken made using a bottle of Patak’s Tandoori marinade. I had a really good day yesterday mainly because i got my heavy head of hair chopped off. And then life comes around to smack me in the head with a stupid stupid day today.

to this!
Japanese curry in under twenty minutes, i was so impressed. All i did was sautee onions potatoes carrots and chicken. Break up that bar of curry into the pot and add water. The bar cost less than $4 i’m sure.
Anyway i had the best weekend ever (i hardly ever say such things), it was just me and my computer. I spent about friday+saturday (or 17 continuous hours according to wiki) watching 24 Season 7. And the whole of today watching re-runs of David Letterman on youtube. Happy days, good times.
Regarding them buntings, i wish i had one for everyone who wants one. So i had to pick two people and the names that came up were Yann & Diane! And now i’m gonna have to crack my brain as to how i’m gonna mail them over without them getting tangled :]
