These were all taken at Jimbaran Bay, where we had seafood for dinner before a really late flight back home. Lotsa sky, one lobster and a red nose, let’s go!

Wearing my pilgrim blouse from YeYe

Any grand plans for the weekend? I’ll be running around and am trying not to feel exhausted thinking about it right now. You be grand.

The beach in front of our hotel. You can see how low the tide is, we actually walked in the sea and out to another patch of sand and watched the waves.

This is Bumbu Bali, right beside our hotel. They serve AWESOME Balinese food, seriously awesome.

I literally slurped up all the curry in the turquoise bowl.

It’s sorta our thing to eat at McD’s wherever we travel to, so our verdict is it tastes the same in Indonesia!

In Seminyak, along the touristy trail of cafes/boutiques

We settled at this restaurant that serves Greek food, i forgot the full name but it starts with an M.

The food was INCREDIBLY GOOD. Apart from the kebabs. The roasted potatoes, the grilled eggplant with feta + garlic and my grilled tuna, oh la la la, i can still recall how they taste.

After greek food, we walked to Ku De Ta.

I had two bags of chips in two days, something’s wrong with my appetite! Be back with more Bali.

First up! Photos from the waterproof camera. Used the convenient disposable Fujifilm one.

The ones above were all in the hotel’s pool as you can guess, the ones below are taken at the beach.

I submerged the camera and took a photo of us from under the water

I realised i have tonnes of photos now. So i’m gonna be literally drowning you guys with photos of Bali! Stay afloat, get a life vest, okay i’ll shut up now.

These are the few photos left from the last roll of film.

Walking along Killiney and ending up at Oxley Road

Bali was fantastic! Your birthday wishes were incredibly mood-lifting, thank you all! I’m gonna save the excitement for the next post with photos of Bali; let’s hope they come out decent.
I’m scratching myself to death with my skin peeling and insect bites, this feels cruel.
In the meantime, good weekend folks!

Firstly thanks to you girls who left pasta salad recipes!! I’m gonna write each and every one of them down into my notebook when i get home tonight. And after that, all we’re eating at home is pasta salad hahaha!
These photos of last Saturday are all taken by my camera-crazy friend, Caili. She was testing out the new Olympus EP-1 and she’s pretty sold on it.

[Of cos I go ahead and spoil the set by adding in the last three photos which are mine but i wanted the boys to be in the photos too]
Mystery unfolded in the later part of the night, two words, The Zeitgeist. Everything felt a lot spookier sitting somewhat in a forest. I was half-convinced my friends are in a cult together; and then i slowly felt like the last human on earth when my boyfriend started slipping away and joining the dark side. It was the first time i’m hearing all this talk and i wanted more, i didn’t want to go home!
Thanks Caili for the photos!
