These are some of the girls i play floorball with on weekends. Some are my secondary school babies and some are new friends (Melanie’s friends!). Don’t you think they look surprisingly good for people who just finished a game?

Dahlia with the red headband, Shal whose face is covered, Melanie, Denise Seah and Cherie on the far right

Dahlia, Nabs, Mel and Christine

This is Loi and beside her is our self-appointed-coach, Huzer
I used the Lavec LT-200 to shoot these and lousy memory of mine should have remembered to use faster film, ugh, i used a 100 instead. This camera requires so much light so they’re a lot grainier than i hoped but at least they turned out. My first roll resulted in one sad lonely photo.

We started walking from Millenia Walk, going under expressways and climbing up expressways to walking along the expressway. Got to see the Singapore Flyer upclose, it’s huuuuge! And counted twenty six carriages and roughly calculated how much the Flyer can make in a year… a lot of monies.

Part of the F1 track

Towards the end of the path
It was a dead end, or rather to leads to a construction site with a million dead leaves on the ground that look like they’re hungry to swallow you up. Whenever we take an ‘adventure’ to unexpected parts of Singapore, i get fuzzy feelings and love my country a lil more. Have. To. Stay. Away. From. Crowded. Malls.

I was reading Sarah’s blog and she’s going to Shanghai which in turn made me go to my Pictures folder and look at my photos during my trip there in 2007.

Well actually, i’m just finding an excuse to post so i can share that i’ve found a new and very nice place to move into! We viewed the apartment early this morning and gave a deposit, looked like eager puppies and tried to tell the agent a million times over that we love the place but there were other viewings lined up for the day so we had to wait and see. I was pretty much doozy-headed all day, waiting by my phone for good news. My heart hasn’t felt this much emotion in a while, i tell ya. The call finally came in the evening and now all we’re saying and thinking is we cannot wait to move, absolutely cannot wait!!
So i’m relieved house-hunting is over which means packing will have to commence soon (which is actually my favourite part). I move end of the month and i promise photos!
P.S. Rae & Tom Tuttle, i promise photos of no hair new hair soonest! x

I suck at keeping up with blogging this week. Am house-hunting and panicking really! I’ll leave you with some photos of Bali taken with the Quad Camera on the iPhone! It kinda kicks the Oktomat’s ass but but nah, film’s still better, always better.

This wraps up my Bali photos, finally! I myself got tired of it, i didn’t bore you guys out i hope.
I had too much of a weekend and am feeling the effects of it. Calls for hibernating at home for a bit.
