This (early) morning, my boyfriend and i cycled north to the beach. It’s right at the border of Singapore as Google maps confirmed and it was quite lovely. Some days i’m up all night and my way of knowing it’s turning 6am is when i hear the first train pull into the station (i live right opposite a train station – queh!). So it was definitely nice to hear birds talking and soothing sounds of waves this time.
The top is reworked vintage from ebay and black oxfords from etsy.
I didn’t get around to posting this outfit below, it was on taken my boyfriend’s birthday.
I love this dress for its full skirt – swirl swirl swirl! Bought it from etsy, haha is anyone getting bored with my outfit details?!

I woke up at 11pm tonight, my sleeping patterns have gone all wonky now. So my bf, Ben, & I went cycling to get supper. It turned out disastrous. Long story short, the night involved a punctured tyre and having him cycle us home with me standing on the back, on those two things – i don’t know what they’re called. It took us about 15 minutes to cycle home and i was just terrified the whole time. So i was singing songs by She & Him to ‘keep calm and carry on’.

Haven’t had such a good week, my cat’s ‘depressed’ which gets me down. Well at least work’s kinda cleared up, i hope i get to pick up some painting materials tomorrow. I realised eversince i got back from my trip, i haven’t worn my jeans since. I used to wear them regardless of how my legs boil in them in the terrible weather. I’ve been living in these shorts for awhile now.
