Currently all i do when i’m on etsy is search for headpieces, favourite them and contemplate on which ones to buy for days on end. But given the large head i inherited from my dad, i’m a wee bit skeptical about the sizing. Which makes me feel boring and unadventurous. So anyway i put together some of the ones i really like, maybe you would too! (Some of them are already sold but still good for own imagination)

in a Singapore river bumboat? (It’s lyrics to part of an old National Day/Singapore song).
I took these about a month ago when i hung out with my brother + sister. I was shooting with my old Canon EOS 66 and used Fujicolour Superia 800 film.

Huge dinner to park ourselves in front of the telly on Sunday evening; Liverpool played Singapore… and won 5-0.
A mountain of mashed p + asparagus + cherry tomatoes + edamame + store-bought roast chicken
I’m awful at estimation. Always too much mashed p or too much pasta. Awful at estimating distances too.

{I overlayed an old photo i took at Bondi Beach, Sydney in #1}
I forget the sense of escape balloons bring, it’s been a while since i last held onto some. I was playing around with these big balloons (they’re slightly larger than the usual ones) before we went off to surprise Melanie.
It looks like i’m gonna have a long week come Monday.
Today is Fatboy’s birthday, he turns five! He doesn’t want to wear his gnome hat so no birthday photo for him.
I’m heading out to figure out dinner and finish my roll of film.

We had great plans to surprise her at midnight. We thought our plan was pretty solid. When we pulled up to her house, our dear she-should-be-asleep-because-she-has-to-work-early-tomorrow birthday girl was watching telly in the living room (she could see us coming from her couch).
But! We all got to be gnomes for the night so everyone was happy!

So we ate cake and watched the finale of Prison Break, and Top Chef Season 1 after. Calculated that we’re one decade old friends. So old when you put it like that. A decade, yikes.
