Always a month behind in posting photos – these are some snaps from our short trip to Phuket, Thailand. We said we’d get massages twice a day and we did! Also tried to visit every single beach along the coast on our scooter. The only bad note was the food, maybe we were down on our luck but every single place we ate at, wasn’t great. We stayed at the best hotel though! Photos to come in the next post.

If you’ve seen Moonrise Kingdom, you’d probably remember many scenes from behind Suzy’s binoculars. I finally sat down to watch it, loved it, and kinda wished I had my own magic too. This would have been what Suzy saw if she came along with me to meet Jackie back in August. I had such a good time with her and asked her like a million questions about life in Bangkok/Canada/Korea! It was also my first time bringing a friend around Singapore… and I think I could use a lot more practice, haha.
These were taken at the Tanjong Pagar railway station where they were holding this Hermes exhibition. Although, sitting on the stairs and chatting with Jackie was the best part of it. She took some lovely polaroids.

This is the park pretty close to where I live. I come here sometimes, just to enjoy some s p a c e. Being by the water is always nice too. Do you have a favourite hangout? Mine’s pretty embarrassing to share but what the heck, I go to a McCafe in my area quite a lot. Reason being it’s the only place where you can get a latte at 1am. Then Ben & I just talk about everything.

It was quite breathtaking, this place. Promthep Cape in Phuket, Thailand. People on the Internet say you should come here to watch the sunset but we were way to excited to get on our scooter and ride down South. So this is Promthep Cape at about 2PM!

Remember these guys? I went to see them Supertrees in the day but oh my lord, they are 1000x more enchanting at night. It’s like being inside Avatar, and feeling like a tiny creature under these magnificent structures. I didn’t want to leave!
