Here’s making up for the lack of everything on this blog, y’know in these festive times!

Fatboy awaiting the arrival of our friends

Celeste, Yajun, Caili, Popo, Ben & myself

Popo made her famooos tiramisu

Played Charades while waiting for the stroke of midnight
We played with sparklers and poppers at midnight, then a bottle of beer smashed in the kitchen and then we went on to spend many hours watching weird funny horrible Japanese videos on youtube. Drank some more and was I the only drunk one at the table?
We missed you Whiteboy!
{Some photos were taken by Caili but it’s hard to say which ones exactly!]

I am such a fan of Fatboy, he’s so cute!!
Happy new year, gorgeous girl. May 2010 be a great year for you and Ben!
It looks like you had such a good time. I need to remember to take pics throughout the night the next time we have a party, this is such a great idea for a post. Oh and I love your tree.

Hope the new year brings you everything that you’ve always wanted! xx
PS. Ben’s pose in that photo with you? It looks exactly like President Obama’s on his t-shirt! Tee hee hee. Was it intentional?
Melly!
It surely looks like you had such a great dinner with friends and yummy food too:)
what a grand time. these pictures make me wish we had been more social that evening.
the food looks great and you’re perfectly adorable.
ooooh-ho-ho, I love Fatboy already! and that looks like a fun night! the drinks and the food (especially the tiramisu) look delicious…
Glad it was awesome. I think I have a new contender to Wilson (David’s cat) - FATBOY! He is adorable. Cheers to a prosperous 2010 dear.
Happy New Year, Melly!! This looks like it was gigantic amounts of fun, and my gosh, you are completely adorbz.
If I ever have a party, you are so invited! It seems like you would be the life of the party!
this post of yours makes me both sad and happy. i just sold my flat. i decided to sell for a few reasons, one of which (compelling) was that it contained mostly bad memories for me. the good ones had long been gone; i just wasn’t sure i wanna call it home when one day my family’s departed. the main windows and kitchen tiles of your apartment bring me back to my soon-to-be ex flat.
love your pictures. the last one’s so cute. what made them react like that? each one of them had different expressions, haha. priceless.
It does look like a lot of fun. New Year’s for families, but having a cozy party with friends doesn’t sound like a bad idea at all!
