Preview
I got last-minute tickets to the National Day Parade preview over at Marina Bay yesterevening and i dragged an old friend along, turns out she enjoyed it more than i did which was very nice to witness.
The Red Lions descending from the sky; they were my favourite part of the parade!
Pretty quickly it became dark.
These heart-shaped lights came in the goodie bag, aren’t they just wonderful symbols and so appropriate for the occasion. You can alternate between a white or red light but uh, my light didn’t work anymore when i got home. Talk about appropriate for the occasion only.
FIREWORKS!!!!
Dammit! Too bad I was busy! Arghs.

Really lovely shots. You got some awesome pictures of the Red Lions and the fireworks – beautifully captured! It looks like tons of fun! It’s always nice to witness a friend having fun; I hate it when you drag a buddy somewhere and they end up hating it. That’s how I feel when I take my boyfriend to shows since he’s not really into the music I listen to. He’s such a good sport, though because he always ends up having a good time even without enjoying the music!
