Big world
The weather has been unfriendly lately and i know it’s only going to get worse so i’m not gonna say more. The 11th Hour is available for rent on iTunes now and i’m gonna make time to watch it. I do little on my end to save the environment and when i think hard about it, i don’t like the way it makes me feel.
Well watch it if you can, there’s something about documentaries that draw me in. I managed to see the Helvetica film over the weekend and although i don’t really glorify the font, hearing aficionados speak about it is wondrous. Wow i really managed to sidetrack, all i meant to do was post today’s outfit and also share a video i’ve been watching over and over.

Everything is remixed ‘cept for the clutch which came as a gift, it’s from H&M. I really dislike taking photos at the stairwell but i had to compromise because it had better lighting, sorry!
And enough of my talk, play this video, close your eyes and sway

Loves the shoes!!
And I think Helvetica is way too overrated. Oh well, that’s why I didn’t major in typography I suppose! =P
thanks for the comment!
and i love the clutch…it’s a great pop of color!
swap links?
thanks & cheers!

hi lady, you always have the coolest outfits!!!
the outfit looks awesome! and i would LOVE to watch Helvetica, considering i’m like part graphic designer. hahas. it sounds like an absolutely riveting movie, but for certain people i guess?
oohh..Devendra! love him! check out his new video with natalie portman!
Helvetica! Pretty cool movie, but my favourite bit was David Carson’s use of the dingbats to show what he thought of a boring article.
(And Devendra!)
I like the shoesssss!
I love this outfit. the shoes are the best!
Sarah: I’m indifferent towards Helvetica, and same here i always steered clear of typo when in school!
steph: You should watch it just because. it was alright but i thoroughly enjoyed hearing all these ‘type-people’ sharing their point of view. Gets a little intense.
charlene: i have! and you have to agree it’s sorta unusual to see natalie portman dancing like that.. she doesn’t cut it to be a cool person.
farah: haha you can’t say you like the skirt or the bag now can you?
for me it was kinda refreshing actually and i think natalie’s kinda cool in her own way..best of all, i think they make a great couple!! v compatible!
charlene: she was AMAZING in The Other Boleyn Girl, maybe i’m a terrible person for associating her with prettiness and perfection. I think they make a lovely couple too, they have so much of each other to share.
Love the shoes! Where did you get them? I’ve been hunting for flat oxfords but can never find any in SG
Trish: I got them off etsy, they always have oxfords selling, just a matter of whether it’s in your size/colour. If not ebay is always a good option but bids tend to go pretty high for oxfords. I saw some patent pairs still on sale at Topshop (at Raffles City) two days ago too.
The bag is a standout!
Bag not bad lahh but skirt?! Can you imagine me in that? No right! Its either baju Ks or my hockey skirt or uniform…..I dont like the 99% chance of upskirting at ppl. The thought is just damn nasty.
Soon tho! someone’s gonna be the girliest of us all!
agreed – shoes are adorable. thanks for linking to us!
raquel: My pleasure, i loove your blog!
